Since the age of seven, when she made her first “book” and showed it to her mother, Kayla wanted to be a writer. She was always reading or writing stories and could often be found leaving lunch early to return to the classroom and either search for more books or work on another story of her own.
After several attempts at breaking into a more practical field, she decided to go ahead and pursue her lifelong writing dream.
So far, she has been published in the 2017 summer devotional from Keys for Kids Ministries.
